You may not think it is possible to lose weight while on a eating plan which includes Tofu Sauce but it is feasible. The key is to not eat Tofu Sauce or other high calorie sauces & ingredients every day but in moderation.
This is what I do, I allow myself these kinds of food one day per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet for most of the week, say 1400 to 2000 calories per day, and then 1 day, I eat whatever I like – without going overboard of course.
I have been eating like this for the last month and it has aided me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise plan or taken any vitamins or diet aids. I have only been conscious of what I eat most days of the week and then eat whatever I feel like one day per week.
I also find it is helpful if you have some support when on a weight loss program and for that I joined the Biggest Loser club. They have numerous tools to enable you to monitor your progress and reach your goals.
On my one day off|non diet day|free day per week, I like|prefer|tend|usually like to eat Thai food. I never imagined|thought|believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating Thai meals but am very pleased|happy|glad|elated to see it is possible|does work|can work|can happen. If you would like to try|want to try|feel like trying some Thai food, I suggest|advise|propose you make Tofu Sauce which is one of my favourite|most admired|most adored|best loved Thai recipes.

1 cup palm sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
3 tablespoons roasted peanuts, ground
3 cilantro sprigs, chopped
Mix the first five ingredients in a pot and bring them to a slow boil over moderate heat. Cook, uncovered, until the mixture thickens slightly, about 15 minutes.
When ready to serve, pour the mixture into a small serving bowl. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
This dip is intended to be served with deep-fried tofu. If keeping in the refrigerator, keep without the garnish. In a sealed jar it will keep for 2 months.

You can alter the recipe to make it quite a bit healthier or with not so many calories as this can assist you to lose 5 kilos rapidly. It worked for me and could aid you to lose weight too.
