You may not accept that it is possible to lose weight while on a diet plan which includes Thai Fried Noodles but it is possible. The key is to not eat Thai Fried Noodles or other high calorie rice, noodles, potatoes, starch every day but in moderation.
This is what I do, I allow myself rich food once per week. I eat a healthy diet 6 days a week, say 1500 to 1800 calories per day, and then on the last day, I eat anything - without going overboard of course.
I have been eating this way for the last 4 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise habits or taken any pills or diet aids. I have simply been conscious of what I eat on most days and then eat whatever I feel like one day of the week.
I also find it helps to have professional support when dieting and for that I registered with the Biggest Loser club. They have many tools to show you how to monitor your progress and attain your goals.
On my one day off|non diet day|free day per week, I like|prefer|tend|usually like to eat Thai food. 1 pound Thai rice noodles
10 medium size shrimps, shelled and cleaned
2 eggs
1 cup bean sprouts
1 tablespoon coarsely ground peanuts
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
If dry noodles are used, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain.
In a frying pan put all the oil, brown the garlic until light brown, add the shrimp and cook until well done.
Add sugar, fish sauce, vinegar and stir together. Add eggs, break in the yolk, then add noodles and fry until noodles turn orange.
Add the bean sprouts to the mixture and fry until bean sprouts are cooked (about 1 to 2 minutes).
