You might not think you can lose weight while on a diet plan which includes texas trail dip but it can happen. It is crucial to not eat texas trail dip or other high calorie misc every day but in moderation.

For example, I allow myself high calorie food once per week. I eat a low calorie diet for 6 days of the week, say 1400 to 1800 calories per day, and then on the last day, I eat anything – without going overboard of course.

I have been eating like this for the last 2 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise habits or taken any supplements or diet drinks. I have only been careful of what I eat on most days and then eat whatever I like one day a week.

Texas Trail Dip

2 (16 ounce) jars your favorite salsa
3 cups cooked chicken or 3 to 4 cans white chicken meat
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Green onions (optional)
Bread toasts, bread cubes and/or tortilla chips

In large casserole with lid, combine salsa, chicken, beans and 2/3 of the Cheddar cheese. Add green onions if desired. Stir well, top with remaining cheese, cover and bake 1 hour.

Serve warm with bread toasts, bread cubes and tortilla chips.

Serves 10 to 12.
