You might not believe it is possible to lose weight while on a diet which includes sweet and sour plum sauce but it is achievable. It is pivotal to not eat sweet and sour plum sauce or other high calorie sauces & ingredients every day but in moderation.

I never imagined|thought|believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating chinese meals but am very pleased|happy|glad|elated to see it is possible|does work|can work|can happen. 1 1/2 tablespoons sour plum
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
4 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
