You may not believe you can lose weight while on a diet which includes sunday pork chops but it is achievable. It is crucial to not eat sunday pork chops or other high calorie beef/pork/lamb/veal every day but in moderation.

For instance, I allow myself these kinds of food once per week. I eat a reduced calorie diet 6 days a week, say 1400 to 1800 calories a day, and then one day, I eat whatever I like – without going overboard of course.

Sunday Pork Chops

1 cup catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup onion, diced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix together catsup, Worcestershire sauce and onion Pour over pork chops which have been browned and drained. Cover. Bake for 2 hours.
