You may not think it is possible to lose weight while on a eating plan which includes spinach parmesan but it is obtainable. It is pivotal to not eat spinach parmesan or other high calorie vegetables & salads every day but in moderation.

This is what I do, I allow myself these kinds of food one meal per week. I eat a reduced calorie diet for 6 days of the week, say 1500 to 1800 calories a day, and then 1 day, I eat whatever I like – within reason of course.

I have been eating this way for the last month and it has aided me to lose 5 kilos. I have not changed my exercise habits or taken any supplements or diet drinks. I have simply been aware of what I eat on most days and then eat whatever I want one day per week.

On my one free day per week, I like to eat spanish food. I never thought I could lose 5 kilos while eating spanish meals but am very glad to see it does work. If you would like to try some spanish food, I propose you make spinach parmesan which is one of my most adored spanish recipes.

Spinach Parmesan

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 teaspoon garlic salt
3 slices white bread, cubed
3 tablespoons margarine, melted

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and press water out of spinach. Mix spinach, sour cream, cheese and garlic salt. Pour into buttered baking dish and top with bread cubes. Pour margarine over bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees F until bread cubes are lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.

Variation
Stuff spinach mixture into tomatoes, drizzle with melted margarine and bake.

You can change the recipe to make it a little healthier or with fewer calories as this can assist you to lose 5 kilos rapidly. It was successful for me and could assist you to lose weight as well.
