2 tablespoons soft butter
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups Cheddar or jack cheese, cubed
2 cups dry, uncooked macaroni

2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except butter and bread crumbs. Put into a casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs mixed with butter. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
