You may not believe it is possible to lose weight while on a eating plan which includes santa fe soup but it is possible. It is pivotal to not eat santa fe soup or other high calorie soups every day but in moderation.
For example, I allow myself high calorie food one day per week. I eat a healthy diet for 6 days of the week, say 1500 to 1600 calories each day, and then on the last day, I eat what I please – without going overboard of course.
I have been sticking to this diet for the last 6 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise routine or taken any pills or diet drinks. I have simply been conscious of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I like one day a week.
On my one free day per week, I prefer to eat southwestern food. I never thought I could lose 5 kilos while eating southwestern meals but am very happy to see it can happen. 1 pound ground meat
1 can corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch dressing and seasoning mix
Brown ground meat; drain. Add taco and ranch seasoning mix. Stir, then add corn, beans and tomatoes (do not drain). Stir again. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
You can change the recipe to make it a little bit healthier or with not so many calories as this can help you to lose 5 kilos quickly. It did work for me and could assist you to lose weight also.
