You might not accept that it is possible to lose weight while on a eating plan which includes salsa dressing but it is feasible. The key is to not eat salsa dressing or other high calorie sauces & ingredients every day but in moderation.

Salsa Dressing

This is a wonderful way to use up leftover salsa.

1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh salsa

Combine mustard, vinegar and olive oil and whisk together thoroughly. Add salsa and whisk until blended.
