red chile sauce

You may not think you can lose weight while on a diet plan which includes red chile sauce but it is achievable. The key is to not eat red chile sauce or other high calorie sauces & ingredients every day but in moderation.

For example, I allow myself high calorie food once per week. I eat a reduced calorie diet for 6 days of the week, say 1400 to 1600 calories per day, and then 1 day, I eat what I please – within reason of course.

I have been eating this way for the last 6 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise routine or taken any supplements or diet drinks. I have just been careful of what I eat most days of the week and then eat whatever I feel like one day per week.

On my one non diet day per week, I like to eat mexican food. I never thought I could lose 5 kilos while eating mexican meals but am very pleased to see it does work. If you would like to try some mexican food, I suggest you make red chile sauce which is one of my best loved mexican recipes.

Red Chile Sauce

36 medium dried red Anaheim chiles
3 teaspoons chopped fresh garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups chicken stock

Rinse, stem and seed the chiles, and place in a pot filled with water. Cover; bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, until tender.

Drain the cooked chiles and place them, along with the garlic and salt, in a blender or food processor. Blend to a thick pur?e. Add the stock and blend for another minute. Press the sauce through a fine sieve.

You can change the recipe to make it a little bit healthier or with not so many calories as this can aid you to lose 5 kilos rapidly. It did work for me and could aid you to lose weight as well.
