You may not think it is possible to lose weight while on a eating plan which includes prickly pear ranch dressing but it is achievable. It is fundamental to not eat prickly pear ranch dressing or other high calorie sauces & ingredients every day but in moderation.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream

1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
Combine and blend all ingredients in a blender.
