You may not think you can lose weight while on a diet plan which includes pineapple tequila but it is possible. It is pivotal to not eat pineapple tequila or other high calorie beverages every day but in moderation.
This is what I do, I allow myself rich food one day per week. I eat a healthy diet for 6 days of the week, say 1500 to 1800 calories each day, and then 1 day, I eat whatever I want - within moderation of course.
I have been sticking to this diet for the last 2 weeks and it has enabled me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise plan or taken any vitamins or diet food. I have simply been conscious of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I want one day of the week.

Keep a large jar of this tequila working on your kitchen counter. It makes terrific margaritas. After the mixture has been topped with fresh tequila two or three times, you can finely dice the softened pineapple, warm it in butter with extra brown sugar to taste, and serve it as an ice cream topping.
2 large just-ripe pineapple, trimmed,
peeled, cored, cut into 2-inch chunks
2 (1-liter) bottles gold tequila
2 cones (5 ounces total) piloncillo or
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
2 whole vanilla beans
In a large, decorative jar, combine the pineapple chunks and tequila. Add the sugar and vanilla beans. Cover and let the tequila stand at room temperature, stirring it occasionally, for at least 1 week.
Variation
Use rum instead of tequila.
