You might not believe you can lose weight while on a diet which includes mexican style chicken wings but it is obtainable. It is crucial to not eat mexican style chicken wings or other high calorie appetizer every day but in moderation.

For example, I allow myself rich food one meal per week. I eat a reduced calorie diet 6 days a week, say 1500 to 2000 calories a day, and then one day, I eat whatever I want – within moderation of course.

I have been sticking to this diet for the last 6 weeks and it has aided me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise habits or taken any pills or diet drinks. I have just been conscious of what I eat most days of the week and then eat whatever I feel like one day per week.

On my one free day per week, I usually like to eat mexican food. I never believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating mexican meals but am very glad to see it can work. Mexican Style Chicken Wings

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 pounds separated chicken wings
2 cups enchilada sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup finely chopped canned jalape?os

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken. Fry until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, combine the enchilada sauce, taco seasoning and jalape?os. Blend well. Arrange the chicken pieces in the sauce and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.

Makes about 40.

You can change the recipe to make it a little bit healthier or with less calories as this can help you to lose 5 kilos rapidly. It did work for me and could aid you to lose weight too.
