You might not think you could lose weight while on a diet plan which includes mexican artichoke dip but it is feasible. It is fundamental to not eat mexican artichoke dip or other high calorie appetizer every day but in moderation.
For instance, I allow myself these kinds of food one day per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet 6 days a week, say 1500 to 1600 calories each day, and then on the last day, I eat whatever I like - without going overboard of course.
I have been sticking to this diet for the last 4 weeks and it has enabled me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise regime or taken any vitamins or diet aids. I have only been conscious of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I want one day per week.
On my one day off per week, I usually like to eat mexican food. I never believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating mexican meals but am very pleased to see it can work. If you want to try some mexican food, I advise you make mexican artichoke dip which is one of my favourite mexican recipes.
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped chiles, undrained
Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
You can vary the recipe to make it a little bit healthier or with fewer calories as this can assist you to lose 5 kilos rapidly. It was successful for me and could assist you to lose weight also.
