You may not accept that you could lose weight while on a diet which includes louisiana spicy fried cabbage but it can happen. It is pivotal to not eat louisiana spicy fried cabbage or other high calorie vegatables every day but in moderation.
As an example, I allow myself these kinds of food one day per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet 6 days a week, say 1500 to 2000 calories a day, and then 1 day, I eat whatever I like - without going crazy of course.
I have been sticking to this diet for the last 4 weeks and it has aided me to lose 5 kilos. I have not changed my exercise routine or taken any pills or diet drinks. I have simply been careful of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I feel like one day of the week.
On my one free day per week, I prefer to eat cajun food. I never imagined I could lose 5 kilos while eating cajun meals but am very happy to see it does work. If you feel like trying some cajun food, I suggest you make louisiana spicy fried cabbage which is one of my favourite cajun recipes.
2 pounds finely diced cabbage
1 pound finely chopped bacon
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fry bacon until crisp and well browned. Add chopped onion and stir until limp. Add pepper flakes, cabbage, salt and pepper, stirring well so that all the cabbage is coated. Cover and cook over low heat until cabbage is limp and tender.
You can change the recipe to make it a little bit healthier or with less calories as this can assist you to lose 5 kilos rapidly. It did work for me and could help you to lose weight as well.
