You may not accept that it is possible to lose weight while on a diet plan which includes lime sauce but it is achievable. It is crucial to not eat lime sauce or other high calorie sauces & ingredients every day but in moderation.
For instance, I allow myself moderately high calorie food one meal per week. I eat a reduced calorie diet for 6 days of the week, say 1200 to 2000 calories a day, and then one day, I eat what I please – within moderation of course.
