You may not accept that you could lose weight while on a eating plan which includes jamaican codfish fritters but it is obtainable. It is pivotal to not eat jamaican codfish fritters or other high calorie seafood every day but in moderation.

This is what I do, I allow myself moderately high calorie food one day per week. I eat a low calorie diet for most of the week, say 1200 to 2000 calories each day, and then on the last day, I eat whatever I want – within moderation of course.

I have been using this method for the last 4 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not changed my exercise regime or taken any vitamins or diet food. I have only been aware of what I eat most days of the week and then eat whatever I feel like one day of the week.

On my one day off per week, I prefer to eat caribbean food. I never imagined I could lose 5 kilos while eating caribbean meals but am very elated to see it does work. Jamaican Codfish Fritters (Stamp and Go)

8 ounces cod fillets
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Heat fish and just enough water to cover to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until fish flakes easily with fork, 5 to 7 minutes; drain. Cool and flake. Cook and stir onions in 2 tablespoons oil until tender.

Heat 1 to 1 1/2 inches oil to 360 degrees F. Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Stir in fish and onions; drop by level tablespoonsful into hot oil. Fry 5 or 6 at a time until golden brown, turning once, about 4 minutes; drain. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.

Makes about 36 fritters.

You can vary the recipe to make it a little healthier or with less calories as this can assist you to lose 5 kilos rapidly. It did work for me and could help you to lose weight as well.
