You may not accept that you can lose weight while on a eating plan which includes indian omelet but it can happen. The key is to not eat indian omelet or other high calorie breakfast every day but in moderation.

As an example, I allow myself moderately high calorie food one meal per week. I eat a low calorie diet for 6 days of the week, say 1500 to 1800 calories each day, and then on the last day, I eat whatever I want – without going crazy of course.

I have been using this method for the last 4 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not changed my exercise habits or taken any supplements or diet food. I have just been careful of what I eat on most days and then eat whatever I want one day per week.

I also find it makes things easier if you have a little support when trying to lose weight and for that I joined the Biggest Loser club. They have lots of tools to show you how to monitor your progress and attain your goals.

On my one day off|non diet day|free day per week, I like|prefer|tend|usually like to eat indian food. I never imagined|thought|believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating indian meals but am very pleased|happy|glad|elated to see it is possible|does work|can work|can happen. Indian Omelet

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato
1 to 2 teaspoons chopped green chiles
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Combine eggs, red onions, tomatoes, chiles, fresh coriander and salt in a bowl and beat until frothy.

Heat the butter in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.

Add the egg mixture and spread until it covers the bottom of the pan. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes until the egg is set and the underside is lightly browned.

Turn with a wide spatula and cook for 30 seconds until the other side is browned. Serve immediately.
