You may not accept that you can lose weight while on a diet plan which includes green irish fluff but it can happen. It is fundamental to not eat green irish fluff or other high calorie desserts every day but in moderation.
For instance, I allow myself moderately high calorie food one day per week. I eat a reduced calorie diet 6 days a week, say 1200 to 2000 calories each day, and then 1 day, I eat anything – without going overboard of course.
I have been sticking to this diet for the last 4 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise regime or taken any vitamins or diet drinks. I have simply been aware of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I like one day per week.
On my one day off per week, I tend to eat irish food. I never believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating irish meals but am very glad to see it can work. If you want to try some irish food, I propose you make green irish fluff which is one of my most admired irish recipes.
1 (12 ounce) container cottage cheese
1 large container Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small box lime gelatin
Mix together and chill.
You can change the recipe to make it quite a bit healthier or with not so many calories as this can assist you to lose 5 kilos easily. It worked for me and could help you to lose weight as well.
