You might not accept that it is possible to lose weight while on a diet plan which includes fideo but it can happen. It is crucial to not eat fideo or other high calorie pasta every day but in moderation.
This is what I do, I allow myself high calorie food once per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet 6 days a week, say 1400 to 1800 calories each day, and then 1 day, I eat anything – without going crazy of course.
I have been using this method for the last 2 weeks and it has aided me to lose 5 kilos. I have not changed my exercise routine or taken any pills or diet drinks. I have simply been aware of what I eat on most days and then eat whatever I feel like one day a week.
On my one free day per week, I tend to eat southwestern food. I never believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating southwestern meals but am very glad to see it can happen. If you want to try some southwestern food, I suggest you make fideo which is one of my most adored southwestern recipes.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 coils fideo
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
3 cups water
Salt
Pepper
Heat oil. Add fideo and cook until lightly browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add garlic, tomato sauce and water and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
You can adapt the recipe to make it quite a bit healthier or with less calories as this can aid you to lose 5 kilos quickly. It did work for me and could aid you to lose weight also.
