creole sausage

You possibly will not accept that you could lose weight while on a eating plan which includes creole sausage but it is possible. The key is to not eat creole sausage or other high calorie beef/pork/lamb/veal every day but in moderation.

For instance, I allow myself high calorie food one meal per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet 6 days a week, say 1400 to 1600 calories a day, and then 1 day, I eat anything – without going overboard of course.

I have been eating this way for the last 6 weeks and it has enabled me to lose 5 kilos. I have not accelerated my exercise plan or taken any supplements or diet aids. I have only been aware of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I like one day of the week.

I also find it makes things easier if you have a little support when trying to lose weight and for that I registered with the Biggest Loser club. They have many tools to help you monitor your progress and achieve your goals.

On my one day off|non diet day|free day per week, I like|prefer|tend|usually like to eat cajun food. I never imagined|thought|believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating cajun meals but am very pleased|happy|glad|elated to see it is possible|does work|can work|can happen. Creole Sauce

1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup minced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (16 ounce) can tomato pur?e
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon liquid red pepper seasoning

Mix onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in a 2-quart micro-proof casserole. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at HIGH (100) 2 minutes or until tender, stirring once. Stir in sliced mushrooms, tomato pur?e, salt, sugar and liquid red pepper seasoning. Microwave at HIGH for 4 minutes or until steaming hot. Stir and serve.

You can alter the recipe to make it quite a bit healthier or with not so many calories as this can help you to lose 5 kilos easily. It did work for me and could help you to lose weight as well.
