You may not think you can lose weight while on a eating plan which includes chinese noodle sauce but it is achievable. It is crucial to not eat chinese noodle sauce or other high calorie sauces & ingredients every day but in moderation.

1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup soy sauce
Few drops sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, mashed
Hot chili sauce, to taste
