chinese chicken

You possibly will not believe you could lose weight while on a eating plan which includes chinese chicken but it is obtainable. It is pivotal to not eat chinese chicken or other high calorie poultry every day but in moderation.

For instance, I allow myself moderately high calorie food one day per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet for most of the week, say 1400 to 1600 calories per day, and then one day, I eat whatever I want – within moderation of course.

I have been eating like this for the last 4 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not accelerated my exercise habits or taken any vitamins or diet food. I have simply been careful of what I eat on most days and then eat whatever I like one day a week.

On my one free day per week, I prefer to eat chinese food. I never thought I could lose 5 kilos while eating chinese meals but am very glad to see it can happen. If you want to try some chinese food, I advise you make chinese chicken which is one of my favourite chinese recipes.

Chinese Chicken

1 fryer, boiled, de-boned and cut
    into bite-size pieces
1 can mushroom soup
2 cups chopped celery
1 small onion, grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 (3 ounce) can Chinese noodles
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Reserve 1/2 can of noodles and 1/4 cup cheese. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into a casserole. Mix remaining noodles with cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.

Serves 6.

You can adjust the recipe to make it a little bit healthier or with not so many calories as this can aid you to lose 5 kilos easily. It did work for me and could help you to lose weight also.
