You may not think you can lose weight while on a diet plan which includes campfire cookout but it is feasible. It is crucial to not eat campfire cookout or other high calorie beef/pork/lamb/veal every day but in moderation.

This is what I do, I allow myself high calorie food one day per week. I eat a low calorie diet for 6 days of the week, say 1200 to 1600 calories each day, and then on the last day, I eat whatever I want – without going overboard of course.

I have been using this method for the last month and it has aided me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise habits or taken any supplements or diet aids. I have only been conscious of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I want one day of the week.

I also feel it is helpful if you have a little support when dieting and for that I joined the Biggest Loser club. They have lots of tools to help you monitor your progress and reach your goals.

Campfire Cookout

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 large carrots, sliced
4 large potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
Worcestershire sauce

Mix ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 large patties. place each patty on a large square of heavy-duty foil. Cover each patty with prepared vegetables, then sprinkle each meal liberally with Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 15 minutes over hot coals, then turn and cook on the other side for 15 minutes.
