You possibly will not think you can lose weight while on a diet which includes cajun orange mopped chops but it is achievable. It is fundamental to not eat cajun orange mopped chops or other high calorie misc every day but in moderation.

As an example, I allow myself these kinds of food one day per week. I eat a low calorie diet 6 days a week, say 1400 to 1800 calories a day, and then one day, I eat what I please – without going overboard of course.

I have been sticking to this diet for the last month and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not accelerated my exercise routine or taken any vitamins or diet aids. I have just been conscious of what I eat on most days and then eat whatever I like one day of the week.

On my one day off per week, I usually like to eat cajun food. I never thought I could lose 5 kilos while eating cajun meals but am very happy to see it is possible. If you would like to try some cajun food, I suggest you make cajun orange mopped chops which is one of my favourite cajun recipes.

Cajun Orange Mopped Chops

4 boneless loin pork chops

Combine first five ingredients and pour over pork chops in shallow glass dish. Marinate 10 or 15 minutes while heating grill or broiler to high.

Reduce heat to medium. Place marinated pork chops on grill or under broiler for 7 to 10 minutes per side, brushing marinade on chops as they are turned. Be careful not to overcook.
