You may not believe it is possible to lose weight while on a diet plan which includes border avocado soup but it is achievable. The key is to not eat border avocado soup or other high calorie soups every day but in moderation.
This is what I do, I allow myself high calorie food once per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet for most of the week, say 1200 to 2000 calories per day, and then one day, I eat whatever I want – without going crazy of course.
I have been eating this way for the last 4 weeks and it has helped me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise plan or taken any pills or diet drinks. I have just been careful of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I want one day a week.
I also believe it is helpful if you have some support when on a weight loss program and for that I registered with the Biggest Loser club. They have lots of tools to show you how to monitor your progress and attain your goals.
On my one day off|non diet day|free day per week, I like|prefer|tend|usually like to eat southwestern food. I never imagined|thought|believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating southwestern meals but am very pleased|happy|glad|elated to see it is possible|does work|can work|can happen. 2 medium avocados
3 cups chicken broth
2 teaspoons mild chile powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper
4 sprigs cilantro
Peel avocado and chop the flesh coarsely. Place it into a blender container. Add chicken broth, chile powder and cumin; blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over very low heat until very hot. Do not allow it to boil. Pour the avocado mixture into a bowl and allow to cool. Stir in the cream, add the salt and cayenne pepper, and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.
Pour the soup into individual serving bowls, sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper, and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
Serves 4.
