You may not believe you could lose weight while on a diet plan which includes african fruit slush but it is feasible. It is fundamental to not eat african fruit slush or other high calorie desserts every day but in moderation.

This is what I do, I allow myself rich food once per week. I eat a healthy diet for most of the week, say 1200 to 2000 calories a day, and then on the last day, I eat what I please - within moderation of course.

I have been eating this way for the last 6 weeks and it has enabled me to lose 5 kilos. I have not increased my exercise plan or taken any supplements or diet drinks. I have just been aware of what I eat most days of the week and then eat whatever I want one day per week.

I also feel it helps to have some support when on a weight loss program and for that I registered with the Biggest Loser club. They have numerous tools to enable you to monitor your progress and attain your goals.

On my one day off|non diet day|free day per week, I like|prefer|tend|usually like to eat african food. I never imagined|thought|believed I could lose 5 kilos while eating african meals but am very pleased|happy|glad|elated to see it is possible|does work|can work|can happen. Juice of 5 oranges
Juice of 3 lemons
4 cups granulated sugar
5 cups water
3 or 4 mashed ripe bananas
1 can crushed pineapple

Procedure: Dissolve sugar in hot water and cool. Add all other ingredients and freeze. (Other fruit can be added to the bananas and pineapples such as pears, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, etc.) Spoon frozen mixture into glass and add Sprite, 7-Up, or Ginger Ale.

You can vary|alter|change|adjust|adapt the recipe to make it a little|a little bit|quite a bit healthier or with fewer|less|not so many calories as this can help|aid|assist you to lose 5 kilos quickly|rapidly|easily. It worked|did work|was successful for me and could help|aid|assist you to lose weight too|also|as well%.
