You possibly will not accept that you can lose weight while on a eating plan which includes a nun’s sigh but it is possible. It is fundamental to not eat a nun’s sigh or other high calorie misc every day but in moderation.
For instance, I allow myself rich food one day per week. I eat a calorie controlled diet for 6 days of the week, say 1200 to 2000 calories a day, and then 1 day, I eat what I please – within reason of course.
I have been eating this way for the last 4 weeks and it has enabled me to lose 5 kilos. I have not accelerated my exercise plan or taken any supplements or diet food. I have simply been conscious of what I eat 6 days per week and then eat whatever I like one day of the week.
I also find it is helpful if you have professional support when trying to lose weight and for that I registered with the Biggest Loser club. They have lots of tools to help you monitor your progress and attain your goals.

From New Orleans. So called as they are light as a nun’s sigh, being made of chou paste, which is the base for cream puffs and ?clairs.
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fat (for deep-fat frying)
Confectioners? sugar
Sift together flour, salt and sugar and set aside. Heat water and butter together until butter melts. Add flour combination all at once, and stir rapidly with a wooden spoon until dough leaves sides of pan and forms a lump. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time, beating hard after each addition. When dough is no longer slippery-looking, stir in vanilla extract. Scoop up a heaping teaspoon of the dough and, with a second teaspoon, push it off into preheated fat (350 degrees F on deep-fat thermometer, or until a 1-inch cube of bread browns in 60 seconds). When puffed and golden brown, drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar and serve hot. Makes several dozen.
